The families of the victims should sue the state for giving them a drivers license to start with.
I would wager that CA also “accidently” registered him to vote when they gave him his drivers license. This is why CA pushed for no voter ID, state wide mail in voting, noncitizens to run voting centers and count ballots. CA’s poor choices are starting to have nation wide consequences.
