That is not a black issue. It is a “youth” issue. I was an elementary school principal and the youth of today do NOT like rules, time frames, dress codes and they will argue all day long. Skin color has nothing to do with it. It’s an attitude of entitlement from spoiled kids. Look at the parents. Then it will make sense.
