The Democrats have in tennis terms had an “unforced error”, soccer calls it an “own goal”, “let them eat cake” comes to mind. Do you really want these immature and unserious people dealing with foreign policy (either with enemies or friends), the economy, immigration, crime and punishment, or our national borders or defense. Realize, these demonstrations required planning and preparation. What they did was to expose the Democrat Socialist weakness and shallowness as well as give the Republicans lots of material to use as we approach the 2026 midterms and 2028 elections. There are times when emotion can be more important than actions, generally this is in personal relations not in politics and policy. If you are swayed by a man in a giraffe suit twerking on stage, it is perhaps better if you choose not to vote as neither of you are serious nor deliberative.
