The Criminal is lucky that he was shot once as the second shot could be the end of the threat. Whatever comes next is in God’s hands because the Legal System is made up of people who are Sinners and real Justice will only come from God in the end. The Legal System has no Right to Abuse the Second Amendment as God sees everything.
