Birthright citizenship needs to be eliminated. America is being taken advantage of. Pregnant illegal bimbos come in here, pop their kids and voila, they’re citizens. This is wrong because they are not subject to our jurisdiction.

Illegals come here have their kid or kids and then they think they all set for all the free things that our Government offers, free food, free money, free homes, free health, free schools, free phones, but we as Americans have to pay for all this. Get all illegals and this birth right out of AMERICA, AND MAYBE WE CAN save S.S., medicare .

The way I see it is. BOTH Biological parents must be in this country Legally for ONE YEAR before the birth of that child for it to be an American Citizen. No Other way is acceptable.

then supreme court is very weak. The court can”t make a decision unless it becomes political. Then based on political decisions, this interferes with making a decision without political decisions. The supreme court needs to be non political other wise no fair decisions can be made.
I have always maintained the supreme court needs to be non political others wise the court cannot make a fair decision on any issue. Until the laws change, the Supreme courts decisions will never be fair. Stupid decisions will always be made until the laws change.
