Not Guilty, Common Sense is the defense. The Legal System is greatly Flawed as are the Prosecutors, & the Courts, in my humble opinion. The Criminal in question has a long history of criminal activity that allowed him to continue a life of crime without punishment. This time he met his match and Justice Prevailed for the the last time for him. He will never harm anyone again. Common Sense prevailed and I would call this “Justified Homicide” if you have to say that it was homicide at all. God is the final Judge in the end.
