What happened to the Citizens of Grand Rapids, MI? This Mayor needs a 24 hour Ride Along with the Grand Rapids Police. After the experience, he should then go on the TV and see what comes out of his mouth then. I wonder what the Police or State Troopers would say to the Mayor on TV based on their daily experience?
