I live in California and Rep. Kevin Kiley is exactly right. Any one and anything can vote in California. Our Citizens need to kick the Communist Dems out and close the California State Welfare Department and deport the Illegal Aliens now. The rest will correct itself, God Willing. Success is based on Merit not skin color but the Dems don’t believe that.
