Served 22 years served both enlisted and officer between 80s to 2010. Loved Secretary Hegseth’s message. The military’s mission is to defend the nation and prosecute war. We must be fit, trained and ready both physically and mentally. I am a woman and I served and had children and STILL maintained all training, physical fitness and served in warzones. It is possible and not too much to expect from our nation’s warriors and defenders. God Bless America!
