Left: the worst thing you can do is separate kids from their parents

Also the left: if you don’t affirm your child’s gender we will take your kids away

Starfleet Academy is just an another example of the enshitfication of everything, movies, tv shows, software, cars, food, art, nothing is safe from it.

  1. Matt Walsh is always interesting, but some of his points are questionable. His version of “prehistoric” life does not take into account the fact that we are heading for a world that is far worse. Our modern medicine, fast food, and the plethora of toxic chemicals in our environment, not to mention stockpiles of nuclear and chemical weapons, don’t make life better, but sicken and destroy. There is no scientific evidence that any disease is contagious, but plenty that all diseases are caused by malnutrition and environmental toxins, most of which are man-made. There is plenty of evidence, for example, that vaccination destroys the health of people throughout the globe regardless of how “advanced” or “primitive” they are, and I mean all vaccination. The “modern world” where technology has the potential to solve all our problems is as much a pipe dream as the primitive world where all lived in harmony. In fact, from a biblical perspective the latter was much better than the former. Just compare the Garden of Eden to the reign of the Beast in Revelation. I agree that Christ is the incarnate and living God, but to turn what He is about into the affirmation of a doctrine or belief system is a travesty. Jesus was quite clear on this point: “Not all those who call, ‘Lord, Lord!’ will be saved, but he who does the will of my Heavenly Father.” Christ is not about what one believes, but how one lives. The two seldom match up, so to be a genuine Christian, as Kierkegaard put it, is to walk “in fear and trembling.” It is to allow the living Spirit of Christ into one’s heart and let it guide one’s life. That Spirit is pure love and is the only true love. (By the way, real love is the opposite of being “loving.” Real love is not performance art, and in this world it doesn’t lead to being liked. It leads to the cross.) No other religion, especially Islam, puts that Spirit of Divine Love at its center, so no other religion is true. But individuals can put that love at the center of their lives even if they are not nominally Christian, and plenty of professed Christians can betray that Spirit. That’s why Revelation asks, “When He comes, will He find faith upon the earth?”
