I don’t think that he can unless they are requested by the powers that be. The people are going to have to rise up and demand them.
You cannot stop the black on black murders. The majority of blacks are FERAL! They have NO concept of what it means to live in a civil society. The old saying, “You can take them out of the jungle, but you can’t take the jungle out of them” is an undeniable fact! If you want to stop the killing of blacks in SHITcago, you need to take all of the blacks out of SHITcago; of course wherever you put them will then become the new deadliest city of the US! Blacks have become nothing more than just another deady invasive species.
Of course, the best solution would be to catch and convict the ones doing the killing and then execute them; eventually there wouldn’t be any left!
