Trump is far too derelict in declaring an insurrection when it has clear that there is an organized effort to aid and abet criminal unlawful entry into the United States and remain here. It is inherently clear that unlawful entry into this country is a crime. That crime is subject to being arrested. There is no lawful right for the abridging arrest for a federal crime, or to engage in obstruction of arrest by duly sworn Immigration or Customs federal police. For that matter a police officer of any lawful jurisdiction in the country’s arrest such unlawful criminal act. I suggest that President Trump, in proper compliance to his Oath of Office, order appropriate through the Secretary of War necessary military units in declaration of insurrection, fully equipped and armed for that purpose.
