Rich people who live in New York, live there because they LIKE it. (And to be fair, NYC does seem to have everything, if you can afford it.) Look at what happened in Massachusetts: The general quality of roads and schools was improved, and more money came into the state, AFTER and probably because they started the “millionaire tax.”
