I’m a retired U.S. Marine. I spent several years doing drug interdiction. In my opinion this concern about the second strike on a drug vessel is without merit. 300,00 dead Americans from imported drugs means I don’t care anything about the lives of these murders who benefit from this poison. 2 strikes mean mission accomplished and the drug smugglers know we are not playing games. God bless America.
