So here is the answer. For every $100 dollars a person steals they go to jail and for a month. While in jail they spend 40 hours a week sorting through garbage for recycling materials. If they don’t find a certain about of material they don’t get fed. Do you know how smelly that work would be? These shoplifters can clean highway rest stops, or dig trenches for irrigation to replant government land. They can plant trees. PUT THESE LOOTERS TO WORK!
