Europe is socialized is not working and didn’t during WWI & WWII. We bailed Europe out and till recent Germany has only done well due to our money and security that we’ve provided them. If an unbiased judge and jury were used, there certainly would be no convictions for the ICE officer who defended himself. In Minnesota? Who knows what delusional trial result could occur?
I have watched the available videos, including the cell phone video made by Agent Ross, and have come to the conclusions that 1. Ms. Good was not trying to run down the agent, but 2. the agent was justified in using deadly force given the totality of circumstances. You mentioned a Minnesota statute ruling out hindsight. Which is to say (in my opinion) that what happened has to be evaluated with respect to the six seconds in which the relevant events transpired. This time interval is actually overstated if you look only at the time interval between her putting the car in motion and the agent discharging his weapon. The agent was holding his cell phone in his right hand but at about the same time Ms. Good puts the car in motion, transfers the cell phone to his right hand and draws and fires his sidearm. Just before he is struck the agent fires three times. The first shot goes through her windshield. The second shot follows .3 seconds after the first and the third.3 seconds after the second. The second and third shots appear to have been fired as the car was turning away from him and after the car struck him. This indicates a startle reaction of the fight, flight or freeze type. This reaction is instinctive and precedes rationale thought. Ms. Good by her panic attempt to escape set in motion a chain of events which led to this outcome. A moving car is like a charging rhino. You do not reason with it. There is no “murder” here. It is not even self-defense. It is akin to the Squib case from Freshman torts.
Jim, the 2020 election was fraudulent. The fraud was in the mail-in ballots. The 34 “felonies” were misdemeanors that the statute of limitations had expired. Fat Alvin Bragg twisted the law and turned the misdemeanors onto “felonies” so Trump could be prosecuted. The Jean Carroll sexual “assault” is a hoax. She couldn’t remember which year the “assault” allegedly happened. Isn’t that something one would remember?

What I would like to know where was her common sense? Why would you risk having your child/or children be witnesses to her aggressive behavior and allow them to see this let alone be a witness to watching their mother being killed? So, no matter which side you’re on, the bottom line is ACCORDING TO THE LAW this shooting was a justified act of using deadly force as self defense by a law enforcement agent. PERIOD
