The day “Mr MaGoo” was watching (the wrong way) at the parachute jump Italian Airborne conducted and he walked off the other direction, completely oblivious of his surroundings. All those important “Heads of State” didn’t care if he hot hit by a parachutist coming from the sky at 18 to 22 feet per second!
