I never thought the female prof. athletes would be worse than the male pro athletes especially in basketball (which I used to play many years ago). This is a national nightmare for the world of sports in America.
The WNBA has complicated things to no end. When I was 16 in Africa, I decided not to continue being associated with a (sports) profession where the male coaches were not proper towards those they are coaching and the male athletes were unstable and suicidal/homicidal and where there is vast inequality between male and female athletes in terms of importance and salary. Women athletes have to work much harder to have strength and stamina because we are not as naturally strong as men. So it’s just not worth it to me personally and isn’t a source of pride.
